Refund and Returns Policy

At Grow Social Fans (growsocialfans.com), we stand behind the quality of our digital marketing services. However, because we provide digital assets and services (intangible goods), we have established a clear and comprehensive refund policy to ensure fairness for both the customer and the agency.

Eligibility for a Full Refund:

Customers are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If the service delivery has not been initiated within 72 hours of the order placement, excluding cases where the delay is caused by social media platform maintenance or global outages.
  • Order Cancellation: If the customer requests cancellation before the delivery process has officially started.

Partial Refunds and Refill Policy:

  • Partial Delivery: In the event that we are unable to fulfill the exact quantity ordered (e.g., 5,000 views ordered but only 4,000 delivered), a pro-rata refund will be issued for the undelivered portion.
  • Drop-off Policy (30-Day Refill Guarantee): Social media platforms occasionally update their algorithms, which may lead to a decrease in metrics. We offer a 30-day Retention Guarantee. If you experience a drop in the delivered service within 30 days, we will refill the loss free of charge. If we cannot refill it, a partial refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Private Accounts: If the social media account or post was set to “Private” during the delivery time.
  • Username Changes: If the user changes their social media handle/username while the order is in progress.
  • Multiple Providers: If the user purchases the same service from another provider simultaneously, making it impossible to track our delivery.
  • Completed Orders: Once the service is successfully delivered and confirmed, the sale is final.

Refund Request Process:

To initiate a refund, please email us at Contact@growsocialfans.com with your Order ID and a screenshot of the issue. Our compliance team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are credited back via the original payment method (PayPal) within 3-5 business days.
